I'm being rather curmudgeony tonight.
Thinking about things is not good for me right now.

I also need my room to myself and not have to share it the next two nights with my mother and sister. My mom does not seem to understand that this is my space and she taints it in some way. I’m aware that it’s completely psychosomatic, but it is what it is.

It’s heavy, but all put together it will keep me warm down to around -30 degrees Fareheit.
The best part about it is that the ratings are uber-realistic, so I can confidently count on this.
The worst part is that all put together it weighs about eleven pounds. Which is about three times as much as other sleeping bags. But, it will keep me warmer and that is most important.

We hung out with some of E’s friends from high school on saturday. Quite the disappointing feeling when I realized I couldn’t leave and go to sleep whenever I wanted.
Last night J and L came and stayed the night, much fun. They are some of my favorite people ever.

I can now officially say that philosophy/dead week...
The next window of opportunity I see to do something for me (like clean my room and pack for spring break) is next friday. Right before I leave.
But I will persevere. I am strong and smart and capable and I don’t really like sleep all that much anyway. Coffee is my friend. So are 20 minute cat naps and being naked. These are the things that perpetuate my existence at the moment.

Things I will never forget in college.
Tonight for instance, J came over (much later than he normally would) and we danced.
